2021 Is Here

2021 IS HERE

      There is always the anticipation of what a new year will bring.  Many people make resolutions, set some personal and family goals, or other plans for the new year.  It will be no different   this year.

Most of us are glad to see 2020 gone.  It has been a very challenging and difficult year for nearly all of us.  I for one will be glad when people stop being afraid to go out of their house.  I will especially be glad when Christians stop staying at home for church and will once again enjoy the fellowship of  worship together.

What opportunities will 2021 bring?  Only the Lord knows.  What we do know is that whatever they are, He will help us through if we will only trust Him and let His word lead us.

We need to remember who we are and whose we are. “The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—heirs of God, and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.”  Romans 8:16 & 17. 

Regardless of what we face in life, the Lord will see us through.  “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding;  In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your steps.”  Proverbs 3:5 & 6.
