Hear the Call

Hear the Call

When in the valley low, I look toward the

Mountain high and see my Savior all aglow,

From His eternal home on high- and think

Of all that He has done, and know that

The best is yet to come.

A thousand ages in His sight is like an

Evening gone.

Short as the watch that ends the night

Before the rising of the sun.

Deliver us from evil, uphold us less we

Fall, sustain us with your presence,

O’ hear us when we call.

We plead for your mercy, your tender

Loving care, that’s music to the sinners

Ear, as well as all who care.
